Job Title: Federal Contracts Support SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.Contract Review & ComplianceThe ideal candidate will assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments, identifying and summarizing applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.Assist in subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.They will also prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders, supporting U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk, with familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for this role, along with prior experience supporting U.S. federal contracts in an offshore/outsourcing environment.],
