Job Description

Bhramarishi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Bhramarishi's real estate projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
  • Identify potential land opportunities and assess their viability for development.
  • Engage with landowners to discuss potential deals and finalize agreements.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate marketing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements
