We act as a dedicated execution partner handling resume optimization, targeted job applications, and structured career guidance allowing job seekers to focus on interviews and outcomes rather than the application grind.Role OverviewWe are seeking high-performing Career Advisors with strong B2C consultative sales experience to engage with international students and job seekers pursuing opportunities in the United States.This role requires the ability to build trust, understand career-driven decision-making, and convert high-intent prospects into Leversol's career-management plans through structured advisory conversations.This is not a bench-sales or cold-calling role. It is a solution-oriented advisory sales position.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct one-on-one consultation calls with prospective job seekers and studentsUnderstand candidate profiles including:Career background and skillsVisa status (OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, etc.)Job search challenges and timelinesClearly articulate Leversol's value proposition and service offeringsAddress objections with confidence, empathy, and data-backed reasoningConvert qualified prospects into paid subscribersMaintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and activity logsCollaborate with internal career execution and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboardingConsistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targetsRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in:EdTechCareer advisory / counselingStudent consultingHigh-value inside salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong listening skills and consultative selling abilityComfortable handling emotionally driven career decisionsExperience working with CRMs and dialersWillingness to work in US time zones (partial or full overlap)Preferred BackgroundFormer Program Advisor, Lead Counselor, Career Advisor, or Education ConsultantExperience working with international students or US-focused clienteleExposure to education or career-related product salesPrior team-lead or mentoring experience is a plusCompensation & GrowthFixed monthly compensationPerformance-based commissions on each successful conversionQuarterly incentives and performance bonusesCareer progression opportunities into Senior Advisor, Team Lead, or Sales Manager rolesWhy Join LeversolHigh-intent inbound demand, especially during peak hiring seasonsClear sales processes and structured advisory modelOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on job seekers' careersFast-growing organization with leadership visibility and growth potential
