The ideal candidate will assist clients in identifying suitable loan options, completing loan applications, and ensuring a smooth, ethical, and customer-centric lending process. About the Role The Loan Advisor will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire loan process, from assessing eligibility and understanding their needs to recommending the right products and facilitating approval. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales skills, financial knowledge, and a passion for helping people make informed credit decisions. Key Responsibilities Assess clients' financial situations and loan requirements to recommend suitable products. Explain various loan options, terms, interest rates, and repayment plans clearly and transparently. Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and eligibility checks. Liaise with internal teams and financial institutions to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining ethical sales practices. Keep up-to-date with financial products, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Provide post-loan support and guidance as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience 2–4 years in loan advisory, banking, NBFC, or financial services. Strong understanding of personal, business, and secured/unsecured loan products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach. High level of integrity and professionalism when handling client financial information.
