Job Title: Brand Ambassador LiaisonWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our brand ambassadors and pipeline in a remote, full-time capacity.The ideal candidate will excel at anticipating needs, responding swiftly to challenges, and demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of initiative in all aspects of their work.Conduct daily discovery tasks for existing clients and new briefs, handling an average of 2-4 briefs per day.Identify and vet 25 relevant creators daily, ensuring all influencers meet qualification criteria.Compile and maintain detailed records of vetted creators, including all relevant information, in spreadsheets for streamlined outreach.Responsibilities include brand ambassador discovery, outreach, database management, and general responsibilities such as adapting to evolving priorities and maintaining an organized approach to support the overall growth of the organization.About the Role:This role offers a minimum of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs as hours may increase or decrease.
