Job Title: Sales Consultant – Zoho & CRM Solutions Location: Noida Sec 16 Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Industry: SaaS / CRM  About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in CRM sales, lead generation, and SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to Zoho products or similar CRM platforms and be capable of driving end-to-end sales activities—from prospecting to closure.  Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and generate leads for Zoho and CRM-based solutions. • Conduct product presentations, demos, and discussions with prospects. • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Zoho/CRM solutions. • Manage the complete sales cycle including outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business. • Collaborate with the technical/implementation team for smooth onboarding of clients. • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare reports. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.  Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in CRM or SaaS industry. • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting activities. • Good understanding of CRM tools—Zoho CRM experience is a strong advantage. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to understand business processes and map them with CRM solutions. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.  Good to Have • Exposure to Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, Inventory, etc.). • Experience working in IT Services, SaaS products, or digital solutions. • Basic understanding of sales automation and workflow processes.
