Experience - 10+ yrs Location - Noida/Bengaluru/Chennai We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and results oriented Sales Hunter specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling HCM consulting and advisory services with a proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales growth. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the HCM sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target and engage potential clients in need of HCM consulting and advisory services and related solutions through research, networking and prospecting Develop and implement strategic sales plans Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges and present tailored HCM solutions Deliver compelling presentations to be HR allies and navigators for the client, share HR best practices and add value to the customer from a platform agnostic perspective Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in target organizations Track and report on sales activities, pipeline and performance metrics Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adapt strategies Required experience and skills Proven experience in a sales hunter role, specifically within the HCM industry Experience of HCM specific consulting and advisory Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets In-depth knowledge of Hire to Retire lifecycle, HCM solutions and industry best practices Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
