Position: Academic Intern Subjects: EVS and Mathematics (K-5) Location: Extramarks Head Office, Sector 136, Noida, UP, India Work Type: Full-time Internship, Work from Office , (Monday to Friday) Compensation: INR 25K per month Duration: 3/6 Months Other Benefits: In-house meals Extramarks – Online Learning Platform Extramarks is an online learning platform focused on pre-school, K-12, higher studies and Test Prep segments through the skillful combination of pedagogy and technology to learn anywhere, anytime. We ensure concept learning through interactive video modules on the Learning App. These modules are prepared by an in-house team of highly qualified subject-matter experts, giving 360-degree coverage of every concept, building the chance for immersive online learning that ensures deeper comprehension and retention during exam preparation. With the online learning solutions, our mission is to empower students to learn in the best ways for them—at the comfort of their home and at their own pace. We aim to build interactivity alongside enhanced visuals and graphics to engage the learner in study.Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and talented Academic Interns specializing in EVS and Mathematics (particularly for K5 or primary segment across CBSE and ICSE curriculum). The candidates are expected to have a thorough understanding of concepts in their subjects, teaching methodology for primary students and are eager to contribute to content creation and subject-related work. This role offers an opportunity to transition into a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and organizing educational materials across CBSE and ICSE curriculum of Primary to Middle school level. 2. Support teachers and academic team in lesson planning, preparation of digital and print material and creation of assessment and worksheets. 3. Conduct research to enhance curriculum and learning resources, integrating innovative teaching methods and tools.Qualifications: 1. A full-time Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant subjects (full-time). Additional qualifications are an advantage. 2. Prior experience in K-5/ Primary teaching is strong plus. Skills and Attributes: 1. Appropriate teaching and pedagogical expertise in the subjects for Grades 1-5. 2. Strong communication and reporting abilities. 3. Passionate about education and committed to contributing to an academically enriching environment. 4. Ability to multi-task and ready to embrace new challenges.
