Generative AI Engineer RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI models and applications.This role involves collaborating closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and researchers to design, develop, and optimize generative Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundational models for various verticals including banking, retail, communications, and more.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning, with a passion for innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of generative AI technologies.The key responsibilities of this role include:Designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art generative AI models using techniques such as General Adversarial Networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and reinforcement learning.Maintaining clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results.Leading the deployment of large language models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks like Autogen or CrewAI.Ensuring the scalability and reliability of cloud deployments, containerization, and orchestration of AI models.Requirements and QualificationsThe successful candidate should possess:A strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience with cloud deployments, containerization, and orchestration of AI models.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
