The Senior Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing IT professionals, with a specific focus on bench sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing accounts, and ensuring effective communication with clients and consultants.Qualifications- Proven experience in Sales Recruitment and Hiring- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding- Strong vendor contacts.- Ability to make 1 placement per month.- Experience in marketing H1-B and OPT candidates for C2C roles.- Strong skills in Account Management and developing client relationships- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently in a remote environment- Experience with IT staffing or consultancy industries is highly beneficial- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
