The company with about 800+ employees across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country.This role will be responsible for Pricing Analyst operations for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Industrial Americas. This role involves managing tariff pricing documentation, assisting with pricing tools and reports, and coordinating customer documentation workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple systems and time zones.About the JobPricing & Tariff SupportAssist in maintaining and enhancing pricing tools and reports.Bill off tariffs accurately and in a timely manner.Prepare and manage import documentation including:USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement)AUSFTA (Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement)Country of Origin reportCustomer Documentation & CoordinationCoordinate the completion of customer questionnaires by identifying and engaging the correct internal resourcesUpload required documentation to customer portals.System & Data ManagementData entry for complaints into Cloud 4 Customer (C4C) and CAQ systems.Submit and track customer account maintenance requests.Process credit limit increase requests.Reporting & AnalysisAnalyze data to recommend improved Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) that enhance customer value.Generate and maintain updated Lead Time reports.Above is indicative, there will be other tasks that will be asked of the role.About the Ideal CandidateEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, operations, or customer support.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with ERP systems, JD Edwards, CAQ, Process Director, Hubble, Reports Now and Cloud4Customer (C4C) are a plus.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.Strong communication skills and willingness to seek help when needed.Comfortable working across time zones and with remote managementOur Benefits for YouWork in the multicultural work environmentDetailed induction training for your new tasks: You will get to know our company, your contacts, and our structuresAn exciting, multifaceted, and interdisciplinary field of activity.#ShapingIndustryfromtheInside#Trelleborg is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we take pride in the diversity of our employees, valuing the special experience and expertise that people from different backgrounds bring to our business.
