Job OpportunitySupport a fast-paced and dynamic team as a Compliance Coordinator.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to provide legal and administrative support to our Executive team. This role involves managing and organizing legal files and documents, drafting routine correspondence and legal documents, and handling phone calls, emails, and other communications.Responsibilities:Drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and affidavits.Managing electronic filing systems and databases.Assisting with billing processes and maintaining billing records.Communicating with clients to gather information or provide updates.Providing support to legal teams as needed.Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client information and legal matters.Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff.Required Skills and Qualifications:A full-time degree with a specialization in Corporate Law.At least 4 years of work experience in corporates.Experience in drafting contracts and agreements.Exposure working with International Law.Strong IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office.Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team.Excellent written and spoken English.Benefits:This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop and grow their experience in a start-up environment.
