**Job Title:** Infor Workforce Management SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Infor Workforce Management specialist to provide expert-level support for our workforce management solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch support, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for Infor WFM across various functional modules.Handle incident, service request, and problem management tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow).Perform root cause analysis and identify configuration or data-related issues.Develop permanent solutions and work closely with business users to understand issues and provide functional resolutions or workarounds.Configure or troubleshoot new and existing rules, pay rules, pay codes, calculation groups, and validations.Collaborate with Infor support for raising SRs and follow-up for resolution of product-related defects.Assist in regression testing, system upgrades, and patch validation activities for newer versions.Support integration flows with third-party systems such as Infor HRT, Payroll, and Time Clocks.Leverage Cronos reporting tool to build custom reports as desired.Prepare functional documentation (including updating knowledgebase, SOPs, troubleshooting guides).Monitor batch jobs, system health, and interfaces on a daily basis.Requirements:5-10 years of hands-on experience with Infor Workforce Management.Strong expertise in modules such as Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Attendance Management, Labor Forecasting & Budgeting.Experience with Infor WFM Workbrain configuration and rule building.Familiarity with Mongoose platform and Infor ION workflows.Good understanding of overall HCM processes including HR, Benefits, and Payroll.Bonus Points:Knowledge of Time Clock integrations (e.g., GT-400, GT-10, or other Infor-supported devices).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
