RF Engineer RoleWe are seeking an experienced RF engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RF modules and analysis, as well as hands-on experience with industry-standard RF equipment.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and working on RF front-end modules, supporting RF design and development for 4G/5G RRU/RU units, and performing signal-chain analysis and evaluating RF components.Design and work on RF front-end modules: PA, LNA, Mixers, Duplexers, Filters, RF Switches.Support RF design, development, and validation for 4G/5G RRU/RU units.Perform signal-chain analysis and evaluate RF components.Conduct RF calibration activities including DPD, CFR, AGC, and ensure linearity across operating bands.Perform advanced RF analysis:SNR vs BER, EVM, Noise Figure, Sensitivity, ACLR, and S-parameters.Execute RF testing using industry-standard RF equipment.Collaborate with hardware and system teams to ensure RF performance compliance.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong understanding of RF Modules: Power Amplifier, LNA, Mixer, Band-Pass Filters, Duplexer, RF Switches.Experience in RF analysis: SNR vs BER, EVM, ACLR, Noise Figure, Sensitivity measurements.Hands-on with RF tools: Keysight ADS, AWR, RF PCB design (added advantage).Deep understanding of RF testing, calibration, and measurement techniques.Familiarity with RF equipment: Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter, Oscilloscope.
