Primary Responsibilities
- Receipt of raw material, packing material and accounting in SAP system
- Physical verification of materials against invoice, weighing materials before accounting, labelling as per WMS process, and put away the inventory in respective BINS.
- Dispensing of raw materials and packing materials as per production requirement.
- Ensure Good Documentation Practices and Data integrity policy (ALCOA++) is followed as per guidelines.
- Adherence to CGMP process in day-to-day activity.
- Ensure calibration & Verification of Weighing Balance, Standard Weights and follow up with preventive maintenance activity of the instruments/equipment (High Reach, AHU, LAF, Filters, Electric Stacker, Hand Pallet Trolley, Pass Box, Cold Room, Deep Freezer).
Secondary Responsibilities
- Receiving of Solvents (Acetonitrile fresh, Acetonitrile (Recovered),Methanol, Isopropyl alcohol, Ethanol, Dimethyl Formamide, DI Methyl Sulfoxide) as per physical receipt Quantity.
- Verification of documents like (PO,COA,TCC-Tank cleaning Checklists)
- Perform unloading activity as per GRCL instruction.
- Ensure the area is maintained as per EHS policy & follow safety norms throughout the day.
- Monitoring underground tank sampling activity as per frequency and follow up with QC for timely release of materials.
- Ensure cleaning of material storage area and daily monitoring/recording of temperature as per defined frequency
- Co-ordinating for OBD creation with manufacturing personnel.
- Co-ordinating with production team on day to day dispensing plan and transferring the solvents as per the request.
- Handling of end to end DS- Solvent Operation.
- Handling of change control, Deviation, OOS investigation.
- Implementation of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principal at warehouse and sustain the same.
- Identifying process improvement and initiating kaizen projects.
- Reporting to next higher level on all non-conformities and implementation of CAPA in specific areas of operation.
- Recording and review of E-log entries as per scheduled frequency.
- Preparation of MIS reports (Dispensing TAT, Receipt TAT, Compliance (Quality Management System) Tracker, Stock Report/Accuracy, Safety/Near Miss Incidents (If Any).
