Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this position is to develop and implement a comprehensive information security management program that ensures the protection of the organization's information assets.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding the client's policies and procedures related to information security, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting corrective measures.Assessing the setup of the on-premise/cloud infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for improvement.Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for information security, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and best practices.Designing and delivering training programs on information security to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities in protecting the organization's information assets.Conducting regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT), MCA, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.Minimum 4-6 years of experience in risk management, information security, and IT roles, with a strong background in security management certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.Proficiency in common information security management frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001, SSAE 18 SOC2, Privacy Framework – ISO27701, and NIST.Knowledge of cloud security controls, particularly AWS/Microsoft Azure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity and leadership abilities.Why This Role Excites YouThe opportunity to make an early impact on a high-growth SaaS startup in India.A high-performing team environment.Exposure to founders and leaders.The chance to shape the future of the B2B SaaS Customer Success team with innovative ideas.Competitive compensation package and employee-friendly work culture.Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the HR team.
