Summary:


The incumbents will work under the supervision of the Leaders and Managers in the organizations. Their goal will be to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, often in particular fields, such as Business development, Account/Relationship Management, Claims management etc.


Designation: Assistant Manager – Employee Benefits


Locations: Gurugram, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Ludhiana


Responsibilities:

Building relationship with the client and the decision makers

Understanding clients portfolio, their risk exposure and their engagement in the insurance world

Being a conscious of the client for internal team members and adequately representing clients requirements

Liasoning with internal departments to ensure delivery to the clients basis the commitments

Consulting approach to the client and keeping the client versed with changing market dynamics

Regular meetings with clients and organizing quarterly governance calls

Inducting employees and the client on placement benefits

Ensuring books of account closure post policy expiry

Retention of the existing books

Creating opportunities for up sell and cross sell during the year

Desired profile/who should join:

Doctors/ MBA in healthcare or Finance/ and service industry professional (insurance, hospitality etc)

2+ years of work experience

Proficient in verbal and written skills

Analytical and logical reasoning bent of mind

Understanding of insurance (not mandatory)

Team player

Multitasking

Ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to manage and function under work pressure

Journey ahead:


Selected candidates will be put through a rigorous training program & live project(s), where they will get rich exposure to all aspects of business, the organisation and its culture. At the end of the training and live projects, all the candidates will be placed in various roles, across the various Lines of Business the company operates in.
