Main Responsibilities: Create and oversee a comprehensive Amazon PPC strategy, driving campaign optimization and ROI/ROAS targets. Direct a team in executing and refining Amazon PPC campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes. Design and implement automated dashboards for periodic reporting on Amazon sales and spends, analyzing key metrics including conversion rates, bid strategies, impression shares, etc. Analyze search terms using tools like Helium, targeting relevant audiences, and optimizing conversions. Collaborate with Amazon to establish competitive Joint Business Plans, DSPs, etc. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new product ideas. Cross-functionally collaborate with inventory planners, brand marketers, supply chain, etc. to enhance customer experience. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in Amazon advertising (AMS). A proven track record of owning and managing Amazon marketing P&L. Prior experience in the baby category is advantageous but not necessary.
