This individual will play a crucial role in the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).Absence Configuration and ManagementDesign and implement absence plans, eligibility rules, and approval workflows for clients to ensure compliance with regional laws and company policies.Time and Labor Setup and IntegrationConfigure and implement Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to ensure efficient time tracking, approval processes, and seamless integration with HR processes like Absence Management and Payroll.ADP Payroll Integration and SupportWork with internal teams to design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll.Manage data transfer between Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing.Functional and Technical Analysis and ResolutionCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements related to absence management, time tracking, and payroll.Translate these requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.System Configuration, Customization, and OptimizationPerform system configurations for Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll integration, ensuring all aspects meet business requirements and regulatory standards.Testing, Troubleshooting, and User TrainingConduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Absence, OTL, and ADP Payroll.Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve technical or functional problems.Documentation and Ongoing SupportDevelop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.Provide clear documentation on system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure smooth user adoption.Compliance and Regulatory KnowledgeEnsure that all configurations for Absence, OTL, and Payroll adhere to relevant regional laws, industry standards, and company policies.Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
