Working with the Senior Community Coordinator and company CEO, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns for Bee Skilled eLearning Programs, primarily focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa.While the role will primarily focus on Marketing and Sales of eLearning program – which will include designing new campaigns, working with partner agencies and lead conversion, the role will also partially include managing back-end eLearning operations (majorly automated), and managing student CRM. Responsibilities and DutiesThe below-mentioned responsibilities are duties are to be conducted in close supervision of the reporting or project manager.A.   Marketing and Sales (50%)a.     Develop new marketing campaigns for African audience for Bee Skilled’s eLearning productsb.     Develop marketing assets on Canva / PowerPoint / Vyond or other image / video softwarec.     Organize dissemination on Bee Skilled’s social media using tools like Metricool, Brevo etc.d.     Liaise with internal IT team to create landing pages or registration formse.     Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate outreach and impactf.      Manage Bee Skilled’s CRM to manage eLearning usersg.     Organize webinars or other marketing events to engage with prospective learners or institutionsh.     Work with partner institutions, influencers and affiliate network for identifying leads or managing conversionsB.   eLearning Management (30%)a.     Enroll paid users on the training coursesb.     Respond to the queries from enrolled usersc.     Develop weekly training M&E sheetd.     Develop user engagement tactics on the Hive Platform, WhatsApp or other mediume.     Develop training related assets as and when relevantC.   Social Media Management (20%)a.     Support community management team with social media content related to training eventsb.     Develop social media assets using Softwares like Canvac.     Showcase achievements, events and any other highlights from training on social media in collaboration with other community management teamRequired Qualifications1. Master’s degree such as MBA in marketing, sales and administration or similar is Highly Preferrable ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing of eLearning or other education programs, training management, or other similar role. Key Skills RequiredMUST HAVECoordinationMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) – Excel at advanced levelMarketing and Sales AdministrationKnowledge of CRMManaging Online EventsTraining managementCommunity ManagementSocial media content developmentCanvaKey Values·       The capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. ·       The ability to liaise well with others, collaborate and achieve targets·       Accountability towards own’s work and Integrity·       Ability to work with sensitivity to cultural differences·       The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative·       Attention to detail·       Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads·       Problem-solving skills and project management ability·      Maintaining confidentiality
