Duties & Responsibilities:· Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure AWS network solutions,including VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups, Network ACLs, TransitGateways, VPNs (site-to-site, remote access, and cloud-based connections), andDirect Connect.· Implement and manage AWS Network Appliances, such as Palo Alto Networks,Fortinet, Check Point, etc., ensuring their optimal performance and security withinthe AWS environment.· Monitor and manage network performance within AWS environments, ensuringoptimal functionality, security, and scalability of cloud resources.· Collaborate with other IT teams for seamless network integration and supportacross various cloud and on-premises platforms.· Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of AWS networkconfigurations, operational procedures, and best practices.· Collaborate with the IT Security team to implement robust network security controlswithin AWS, including access control lists (ACLs), firewalls (e.g., AWS WAF, NetworkFirewall), intrusion detection/prevention systems, and developing cloud networksecurity policies.· Provide technical support to internal users and external stakeholders for AWSnetwork connectivity and related issues.· Lead project management for various AWS network activities, including upgrades,implementations, and migrations within the cloud.· Manage and optimize multi-cloud network environments (Azure, GCP), includingconfiguration, security, and resource optimization, with a primary focus on AWS.· Collaborate with external clients throughout the network lifecycle, delivering reliableand secure AWS network solutions that address their specific needs, from initialassessment to successful change implementation.Requirements & Skills:· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications/training/experience in InformationTechnology,Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.· Minimum 3-5 years of dedicated experience as an AWS Network Engineer or in ahighly focused AWS networking role.· Expert-level experience with AWS networking services, including but not limited toVPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, Route 53, and load balancers.· Proven experience implementing and managing AWS network appliances (e.g.,Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.).· Hands-on experience with AWS network security features and best practices.· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly for complex cloudnetwork issues.· Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and management toolsspecific to AWS.· Proven experience and success with AWS network design and implementation.· Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, andgeneral network management best practices in a cloud context.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty (Highly Preferred).· Experience managing cloud network environments in Azure and GCP (A plus).· Familiarity with cloud automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) (A plus).· Experience with on-premises router, switch, and firewall technologies (A plus).
