Senior Technical Solutions Leader

**Job Overview**We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting IT architecture reviews, advising on right-fit solutions, and capturing best practices to share with peers and juniors.Design and lead the implementation of highly available, scalable, reliable, and secured technology solutions.Conduct existing IT architecture reviews and advise on right-fit solutions.Capture and share best practices with peers and juniors.**Required Skills and Qualifications**To succeed in this role, you will need:Extensive experience in greenfield application development, encompassing requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing.A proven track record in Application Modernization, utilizing a broad spectrum of approaches.Proficiency in 3 or more programming languages, including Enterprise .NET, Java, NodeJS, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, ReactJS, VueJS, etc.Deep understanding of at least 2 Cloud Platforms (GCP + Azure or AWS).Experience in API integration and application deployment using containerization or managed services.Familiarity with Unix/Linux development environments & tools, including scripting & process management.Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI to improve code quality, accelerate development, or optimize existing solutions.**Benefits and Career Growth**As a Senior Technical Architect, you can expect:Strong problem-solving ability and good communication skills.Opportunities for technical mentorship and career growth within the organization.A collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters effective communication and teamwork.**Additional Responsibilities**You will also be responsible for:Assessing systems architecture and recommending improvements.Providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.Collaborating with project managers, development teams, and stakeholders to plan test schedules, resources, and deliverables.Risk assessment and mitigation.**Preferred Qualifications**The following qualifications are preferred but not required:Experience working with scalable, high-performance systems.Knowledge of database design, including relational databases and NoSQL databases.Understanding of Entity Framework or other ORM tools.Security, compliance, and quality standards, including HIPAA, CCPA, PCI compliance.Agile methodologies and tools like Git, Jira, Confluence.
