Senior Software Engineer OpportunityKey responsibilities:Lead complex solution delivery and develop large-scale features from start to finish.Participate in planning, code reviews, and architecture assessments of team products.Evaluate quality and integrity of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for teams and identify improvement opportunities using recommended tools and practices.Triage complex production issues across systems.Solve complex problems with creativity and initiative.Deliver high volumes of story points relative to their team as a high performer.Stay aware of the technology landscape, plan coarse-grained business needs spanning multiple applications.Influence technical peers outside the team.Create and improve internal libraries and tools.Provide technical leadership on products and determine technical approaches.Proactively communicate status and issues to managers.Collaborate with other teams to find creative solutions to customer issues.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:7+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.5+ years of experience with Configuration Management such as Chef and Ansible.3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or other DevOps tools.Strong understanding of networking, security, and scalability concepts in cloud environments.Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Why Choose Us?We're a vibrant hub of tech talent driving innovation and accelerated business outcomes every day.
