Manage & Maintain Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructureManage & Maintain VMware infrastructureIn depth knowledge in DNS, DHCP and file servicesResponsible for troubleshooting OS & server hardware related issues by co-ordinating with Datacentre engineers.Identify issues is Windows environment proactively. Troubleshooting and break-fix of issues in WindowsHealth check of Windows environmentResponsible for managing McAfee ePO server & managing latest DAT versions on all client systemsResponsible for applying security patches to windows servers using WSUS & SCCM toolsResponsible for building & hardening windows serversAnalyse server logs & provide root cause analysis during Major incidentsManage & maintain permissions on File servers & NAS shares
