Construction Accounting Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining fiscal discipline for construction projects.This position is responsible for all aspects of accounting operations, including producing periodic financial reports, maintaining an adequate system of accounting records, and ensuring reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.The Construction Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.Ensure the monthly close is complete with all general ledger accounts reconciled and analyzed.Coordinate the construction draw process, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.Manage the yearly audit and tax compliance process.Establish internal controls to safeguard company assets.Provide management with information vital to decision-making.Requirements: CA/CPA with 2-3 years of experience in real estate/construction, highly organized, excellent communication skills, and ability to demonstrate critical thinking.
