Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to join our team of experts in developing and deploying scalable automation solutions using Workato.Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust Workato integrations and automation solutions. This will involve:Designing and implementing scalable integrations with SaaS-based applications such as Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, and NetSuite.Developing custom Workato connectors where necessary to support integration needs.Managing error handling, retry mechanisms, and logging to ensure robust integrations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage deployment lifecycles and version control.FOLLOWING BEST PRACTICES FOR TESTING, RELEASE MANAGEMENT, AND DOCUMENTATION OF INTEGRATIONS.Ensuring compliance with security and governance policies in integration development.Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:4-6 years of experience in Workato.Strong expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows.Hands-on experience integrating with SaaS-based applications like Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuite.Proficiency in data transformation, JSON/XML processing, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Ruby).Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integrations for performance.Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, SAML, etc.) and security best practices.Understanding of IT governance, change management, and DevOps principles in integration workflows.Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work independently or in a team.Preferred SkillsWorkato Automation Pro certification is a plus.Familiarity with AI-powered automation, chatbot integrations, or RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).Prior experience in enterprise automation projects, ERP/CRM integrations, or workflow automation.What We OfferAs a Senior Automation Specialist at our company, you can expect a challenging and rewarding career with opportunities for growth and professional development.Our company offers a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, retirement plan matching, and generous paid time off.Additionally, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with access to cutting-edge technology and resources to help you succeed in your role.Join our team today and take the first step towards an exciting new chapter in your career
