Additionally, the specialist will partner with HR teams on employee data updates related to compensation, benefits, and employment status changes.The specialist will also be responsible for preparing, reconciling, and submitting payroll tax filings, leading year-end processes, and maintaining and auditing HR and payroll records.The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of payroll laws and regulations, including FMLA, COBRA, and state/local payroll compliance. They should possess proficiency in MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and experience working with payroll systems such as UKG or ADP.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Five (5) or more years of payroll experience, with a focus on payroll administration and benefits coordination.
