They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company. Responsibilities - Take lead across all aspects of the company manufacturing operations and be responsible for meeting manufacturing and deliver your targets - Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction - Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience - MBA would be preferred - 15+ years' experience in sheet metal manufacturing with extensive experience in managing shop floor operations - Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills Compensation The candidate will be compensated at higher than industry standards with a potential to generate wealth through ESOPs in the coming IPO
