As a key member of our Data Science team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging AI and machine learning to transform skill assessment, career development, and talent management.We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to contribute to the development of intelligent solutions that empower individuals and organizations to bridge the skills gap and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmaking.Apply clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferences.Create and utilize embeddings to measure the similarity between skills, jobs, and learning resources.Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, test hypotheses, and validate model performance.Requirements:3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
