Job Title:We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and project progress updates.Main Responsibilities:Serve as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring effective coordination and project execution.Communicate professionally over email and calls to address client queries and project updates.Analyze technical drawings related to doors and partitions.Estimate door quantities and related hardware accessories required for projects.Work efficiently on ERP portals for project tracking and data management.Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel.Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales & projects) to ensure smooth project execution.Requirements:Excellent coordination skills with clients and internal teams.Strong communication skills (written & verbal) for professional email correspondence.Able to analyze and understand technical drawings related to doors and partitions.Proficient in estimating door quantities and related hardware accessories.Experience working on ERP portals is preferred.Strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting.Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field or industry experience in doors, partitions, or construction materials is a plus.
