Position : Director-Product Management


What’s the role?


We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our product development and management team. The product leader will be responsible for creating and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for

RummyCircle, the real money game. This individual will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to manage consumer payments experience of Rummy Circle. The ideal candidate is user-obsessed and why-centric. He is both strategic and detail-oriented, has proven product management experience, and works well with stakeholders. This role requires the individual to have prior experience in consumer payments, knowledge of how payment aggregators work.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with RummyCircle’s overall goals and objectives
  • Generate new product ideas and enhancements to existing products.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the prioritization of product features and enhancements
  • Lead a team of product managers, designers, and other product-related roles to ensure the successful development and launch of new products
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competition, and customer needs to inform product development and strategy decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive product success


What does it take?


  • Expertise in product development/product management, focused on B-to-C payments;
  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, financial ecosystem and rails on which consumer payments run
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing technology products
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of product managers, designers, and other product-related roles
  • Proven ability to create business cases, detailed functional specifications and wireframes, with an excellent track record of developing and launching online products.

  • Deep understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies
  • Understanding, appreciation, and knowledge of online RMG games are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of online Rummy is a huge plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to take decisions backed up by data and metrics.
  • Acumen to guide business goals through product features and strategies.
  • Attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to empathize with stakeholders and customers alike to deliver "right" solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Passion for technology and a strong customer focus
