As a Team Lead, you will oversee property inspection operations in a multi-client environment ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.Key responsibilities include tracking team performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency, improve inspection quality, and reduce turnaround times. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to ensure smooth workflow. Additionally, you will serve as the subject matter expert and act as the communication link between staff members and customers as needed.You will be responsible for addressing and resolving inspection-related issues or escalations promptly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across locations is necessary to resolve issues or challenges during the inspection process.Daily production reports must be monitored to ensure the team meets both production and quality targets. Analyzing datasets to extract meaningful insights and making informed decisions is also an essential part of this role.A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within a related field is required. Strong managerial, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.At the end of each day, create detailed records of your work progress and deliverables. This helps maintain transparency and facilitates continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
