Duties and Responsibilities:Project Finance, Debt Syndication, Debt restructuring, Valuations, and arranging debt from financial institutions for Bankable / Non-Bankable transactions.Corporate / Mid-Market Business exposure.Syndication loans, from initial engagement to final execution, ensuring all the parties are aligned and regulatory requirements are met.Market Research to identify potential syndication opportunity and assess industry trends.Proficient in Mergers & Acquisitions.Financial analysis & reviewing along with analyzing business models in diverse sectors.Ticket size up to 1000 crore.Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:Educational Qualification- Post-Graduation preferredRelevant Job Experience – 5 - 15 years of relevant experienceSkills and Competencies- Strong leadership and team management abilities, understanding of Loan Syndication which includes underwritings of Mid-Market / Large Corporate Loans along with upselling / Down selling.
