Expertise in international tax and transfer pricing is required for a Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst position.The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE CT law, OECD guidelines, and relevant regulations. This involves assisting in benchmarking studies using global databases and conducting financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions.A key responsibility of the role is to prepare Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country related deliverables. Additionally, the analyst will research UAE Corporate Tax legislation and international tax/TP developments.Strong analytical and numerical skills are necessary for this position. The candidate should also have good communication and report-writing skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.For success in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. 0–2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or financial analysis (freshers welcome) is desired.Besides strong technical skills, the analyst must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and demonstrate eagerness to learn and build expertise in Transfer Pricing.Structured training and continuous learning opportunities are provided to support growth in a leading tax advisory environment.
