Join us to shape the future of knowledge management with generative AI- Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)- Experience: 4–10 years- Compensation: As per industry standards (25–30 LPA)- Notice Period: 0–30 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)- Office: Smartworks – Vaishnavi Tech Park, South Tower (10th floor), Sarjapur Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103Key Responsibilities- Generative AI Development: Develop and deploy AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) with Python and LangChain, creating scalable and innovative solutions.- Model Engineering: Design, build, and optimize machine learning algorithms for generative AI tasks. Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality training data.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into products and services.- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and LLMs; experiment with new techniques to keep our solutions on the cutting edge.- Model Fine-Tuning & Deployment: Evaluate, fine-tune, and validate models for optimal performance and accuracy. Oversee end-to-end deployment and scaling of AI systems.- Quality & Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, document technical designs, and share model performance metrics.Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Technical Skills: 4–10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development with Python.
