Job Title: AI Engineer – Generative AI Location: Remote Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Agent Frameworks, and AWS Serverless technologies . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python-based AI development and hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing intelligent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, Strands API , and related frameworks. This role involves designing end-to-end AI solutions , including multi-agent architectures , prompt engineering, and integration with enterprise-grade cloud systems. The candidate should bring a strong understanding of both modern GenAI capabilities and traditional ML techniques , with the ability to navigate real-world challenges in AI development and deployment. Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Strands API . Implement autonomous workflows, context management, and memory modules for AI agents. Optimize LLM-based systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Prompt Engineering & Model Interaction: Develop and refine high-quality prompts to drive consistent and accurate model responses. Build reusable prompt templates, chains, and agent behaviors tailored to business use cases. Evaluate prompt performance and introduce enhancements through A/B testing and fine-tuning. Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS): Architect and deploy AI workloads using AWS Bedrock and serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, S3). Integrate GenAI solutions into scalable, secure, and production-grade environments. Automate pipelines for model deployment, versioning, and monitoring. Research & Experimentation: Stay updated with the latest in LLM models, agent architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , and AI orchestration frameworks . Experiment with new GenAI tools and APIs to enhance solution capabilities. Identify pitfalls, risks, and ethical challenges of AI implementation and propose mitigation strategies. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define AI solution requirements. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to documentation, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of overall experience in AI/ML software development. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Strands API . Proven experience in building and deploying Generative AI agents and multi-agent systems . Expertise in prompt engineering and advanced LLM orchestration patterns. Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, S3). Deep understanding of the pitfalls and challenges in modern AI systems (e.g., hallucination, bias, scaling issues). Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Bonus Skills Knowledge of traditional machine learning techniques – regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, reinforcement learning. Strong mathematical and statistical foundation . Familiarity with model evaluation, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines . Experience integrating AI into enterprise-scale applications or data platforms.
