Job Title:Security Operation Delivery ManagerJob DescriptionThe Security Operation Delivery Manager oversees the delivery of cybersecurity operations, ensuring excellent service and driving performance through data insights and stakeholder engagement. This role requires strong knowledge of cyber operations workflows, influencing capabilities, and relevant technical expertise.This manager leads day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains to ensure smooth delivery. Adherence to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and service quality targets is ensured consistently.Collaboration with technology leads and factory model teams across SOC/SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security is essential. Specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO are managed effectively.Daily stand-ups maintain operational control, visibility, and alignment. Service improvement and automation initiatives drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.A trusted advisor to customer leadership, this role provides recommendations based on best practices and operational insights. Incidents, problems, and change requests are monitored and managed within defined scope and timelines.Operational metrics and KPIs are analyzed, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients. Timely and accurate reporting is ensured, aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.Required Skills and Qualifications12+ years in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or delivery role.Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through storytelling.Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP.Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively.Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains; deep technical expertise not required.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Work EnvironmentMumbai and Bengaluru work locations offer the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and enhance professional growth.
