This prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Circana.Learn more at What will you be doing?As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, which supports over 2,600 users globally. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to validate new features, identify defects, and uphold quality standards across our enterprise systems.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute test plans and test cases based on user stories and technical specifications.Perform regression testing and validate deployments across environments.Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks and QA processes.Document QA findings and communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in Dynamics 365 development.Requirements3+ years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM environments.Strong understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.Familiarity with .NET Framework, C#, and REST/ODATA endpoints.Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Azure DevOps).Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and data validation techniques.Experience with PCF Controls (React & Typescript) and JavaScript/HTML is a plus.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Circana BehaviorsAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
