Job Title: Insurance Domain ExpertA senior insurance professional with experience in personal and commercial lines is required to work on GW PolicyCenter or other COTS implementation projects.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an insurance domain expert in the US property and casualty insurance sector.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong understanding of personal or commercial line policies and regulations.The essential requirements are:At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent position.Experience working on GW PolicyCenter or other COTS implementation projects for personal or commercial lines.Familiarity with policy administration system implementation areas such as UI, UW issues, Rating, Forms, and Product Model.Prioritization and Problem-Solving Skills:Candidates should possess strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. They should also be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Technical Requirements:A solid understanding of technical requirements, including data analysis and interpretation, is necessary for this role. Candidates should be proficient in using various software applications and tools to analyze and present data.Insurance Industry Knowledge:Candidates should have a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including relevant laws, regulations, and best practices. They should also be knowledgeable about industry trends and developments.
