We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team in implementing Oracle Absence Management solutions.The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in integrating ADP Payroll systems with Oracle Absence Management and Time Labor Cloud, ensuring seamless integration of these modules while adhering to client-specific policies and statutory requirements.Absence Management ConfigurationThis includes setting up absence plans, eligibility rules, and approval workflows to align with regional laws and industry standards. The consultant will play a pivotal role in configuring absence management plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) SetupThis involves configuring OTL to ensure efficient time entry, labor rules, and timesheet management, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.ADP Payroll IntegrationThis requires working closely with internal teams to design and implement integration solutions between Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the system.The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as hands-on experience in integrating with ADP Payroll solutions. This person should be able to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions, bridging the gap between HR needs and system capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement Absence Management and OTL to ensure efficient time tracking and integration with HR processes.Work with internal teams to design and implement integration solutions between Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll.
