AI Engineer RoleWe are seeking an expert in AI engineering to lead the development of autonomous systems. This is not just a prompt engineering role, you will be architecting complex pipelines and RAG systems that solve real-world enterprise problems.Our infrastructure runs on Oracle Cloud (OCI), but we value strong engineering fundamentals above all. We need an expert in Python and Cloud architectures who is adaptable and eager to map those skills to the OCI ecosystem.This is a mid-to-senior level position that requires strong ownership and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Key ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI Architecture: Design and build stateful, multi-actor AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.RAG Implementation: Build production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, managing vector stores and semantic search optimization.High-Performance Python: Write robust, scalable, and multithreaded Python code to handle high-concurrency workloads.API Development: Develop high-latency, asynchronous REST APIs using FastAPI to serve models and agents.Database Design: Architect efficient data layers using both SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL databases.Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms. You will translate your AWS/GCP expertise to manage OCI Compute, Object Storage, and OCI Queue.RequirementsGenerative AI: Must have deep hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.Engineering & Python: Expert Python, mastery of asyncio, multithreading, decorators, and memory management.Cloud & Data: Strong experience with AWS or GCP required, must be willing to learn and adapt to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).BenefitsThis is a challenging role that offers extreme ownership and opportunity to grow professionally.
