Global Content ManagerThe role of a Global Content Manager involves overseeing the creation, dissemination, and maintenance of content for global audiences.This position demands exceptional English language skills, adaptability to work across shifts for continuous coverage, and the ability to engage with complex stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and monitor global content to foster engagement, share updates, and communicate key information to diverse audiences.Develop and execute content strategies for internal and external stakeholders, including executive communications, crisis communications, and awareness campaigns.Compose and maintain clear, concise content, including knowledge base articles, Wiki content, processes, best practices, and presentations.Manage organizational accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment on internal sites.Maintain a robust library for document control, team collaboration, and external socialization for the content team.Provide business partners with information and recommendations to support training resources and plans.Translate complex processes into understandable language, workflows, and step-by-step instructions.Participate in all phases of content development, from planning through release, including writing, editing, and publishing.Cross-project coordination: Identify intersection points across multiple projects and teams to maximize efforts and consolidate content.Seek opportunities for process improvement while documenting content, collaborating with subject matter experts and managers.Collaboration: Work with various teams to develop content that meets their intended purpose, within schedule limitations.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.5–7 years of experience in content management, content creation, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing global content.Demonstrated project management skills with a proven ability to drive results.Ability to analyze stakeholder needs, resolve conflicts, and communicate decisions effectively.Experience managing requests from regional partners to ensure the success of global programs.Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience working in cross-functional capacities.Excellent English communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation—with the ability to engage with complex stakeholders.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Highly motivated, positive attitude, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support operations.
