Content Developer (Developer & Quality, Demo Support)- We are seeking a Content Developer (2–5 years of experience) to join our Content team. The role involves creating engaging demo assets, supporting demo engineers, ensuring content quality, and enabling field teams with professional and high-impact demo materials.Content DevelopmentCreate videos, visuals, and demo assets showcasing solutions and tools delivered to the field.Develop and design high-quality presentations, working materials, and communications.Write demo scripts and documentation in close collaboration with Demo Engineers.Support the design and maintenance of internal collaboration channels (e.g., MS Teams).Quality & SupportTest demo environments and provide structured feedback to demo build teams to ensure high quality of delivered solutions.Ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual excellence across all content and demo materials.Support task distribution, activity tracking, and reporting within the content team.Work closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) to streamline team activities and deliverables.Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate effectively in virtual, cross-functional teams.Share knowledge, best practices, and provide guidance for consistent demo storytelling.Assist in enabling field teams with user-friendly demo kits and materials (both online and offline).Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in content development, demo enablement, or similar role.Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).First-hand experience with video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar).Knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent graphic design tools is an advantage.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking, creativity, and visual storytelling.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Soft SkillsEnthusiastic, open-minded, and result oriented.Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently.Strong mission-possible mindset – committed to delivery and going the extra mile.Ability to collaborate effectively in virtual global teams.Passion for creating engaging, high-quality demo experiences.
