Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment and contribute to our success.Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving tyre-related issues promptly and professionally.- Conduct site visits to inspect tyres and provide recommendations for improvement.- Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in the tyre industry, with a focus on PCR, TBR, and OTR.- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field (preferred).- Basic knowledge of tyre types, patterns, applications, and maintenance (training can be provided).- Valid driving license.- Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
