About the Company:

Appsophic is a global leader in performance-driven marketing. We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and grow our affiliate network. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international affiliate marketing, a keen understanding of key metrics, and a strong background in managing campaigns across various pricing models such as CPI, CPL, CPR, and CPA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand our affiliate network, increasing delivery for clients and generating additional business.
  • Identify and recruit new publishers to enhance campaign reach.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze publisher performance, and report daily metrics.
  • Optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Ads Sales Executives and Ads Delivery Executives, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Work with different pricing models such as CPI (Cost Per Install), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPR (Cost Per Registration), and CPA (Cost Per Action) for both Indian and international markets.


Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, with an international focus.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, including recruitment, management, and optimization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, monitors performance metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience with CPI, CPL, CPR, and CPA models.


Education:

PG: Any Postgraduate
