**Job Title:** Growth Enablement SpecialistWe're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our growth enablement efforts, driving business expansion through innovative workflow solutions.About the Role:The ideal candidate will possess expertise in building efficient workflows using Clay, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize automation processes for maximum output quality.Key Responsibilities:Create strategic data enrichment and email personalization workflows within Clay.Utilize prompts and large language models effectively to extract required information.Integrate various tools and APIs to enhance workflow speed and efficiency.Manage Clay credits judiciously while testing and executing data-driven strategies.Establish meeting scheduling and post-call analysis functionalities within Clay.Requirements:At least one year of hands-on experience designing and implementing workflow solutions using Clay.In-depth knowledge of triggers, LLMs, and automation principles within Clay.Proven track record of connecting diverse tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, etc.Able to streamline workflows to minimize costs and improve output quality.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve automation flow issues.Nice to Have:Experience in B2B lead generation or sales operations.Familiarity with cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.).A solid understanding of APIs and webhooks.The ability to audit workflows and suggest areas for improvement.Benefits:An opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-driven GTM systems and automated workflows.A collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation.A chance to make a meaningful impact on business expansion and process optimization.About Us:We are a B2B demand generation and sales acceleration agency dedicated to helping global startups scale faster through technology-driven solutions.
