As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using Oracle HCM cloud applications.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage HCM BI and OTBI reports and dashboards.Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.Design and implement secure solutions using Oracle HCM cloud applications.Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance.RequirementsMinimum 8-14 years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud applications.Proficiency in developing secured HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards.Experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs, and Fast formula.Understanding of HCM roles, security, and customizing workflow.Excellent analytical and debugging skills.BenefitsThis is a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
