Our mission is to empower businesses through cutting-edge solutions and a collaborative culture that values diversity and inclusivity.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a strong techno skill set with extensive experience in Oracle HCM cloud applications, playing a crucial role in developing and managing HCM BI and OTBI reports and dashboards.ResponsibilitiesCandidate should be possessing strong Techno skill set with a minimum of 8-14 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application.Should be proficient in developing secured HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards.Should have good experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formula.Should have good experience in doing data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates.Should have good understanding of HCM roles, security and customizing workflow.Knowledge on various customization tools would be a plus.Should have excellent analytical and debugging skills.Good at documentation, testing and migrating objects into production.Good Communication skill and effectively dealing with business team.QualificationsMinimum of 8-14 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application.Required SkillsProficiency in developing secured HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards.Experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formula.Experience in data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates.Understanding of HCM roles, security and customizing workflow.Excellent analytical and debugging skills.Strong documentation and testing skills.Effective communication skills.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of various customization tools.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
