Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Payroll Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to work in payroll processing, analysis, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Validate employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reconciliations and prepare reports.Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and optimize workflows.Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.Address employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Mandatory experience with ADP Workforce Now.4-7 years of payroll processing and analysis experience.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
