Job Title: Experienced Associate - ServiceNow IRM SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced associate to lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules. This includes Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).Main Responsibilities:Designing and building IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM)Configuring and customizing functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reportingDeveloping and managing script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/WorkflowsKey Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Proven experience with ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM)Expertise in designing and building IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM)Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reportingAbility to develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/WorkflowsIntegration & Data ManagementYou will be responsible for:Setting up and managing integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server)Performing data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processesCollaboration & Requirements GatheringIn this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions. You will participate in requirements workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning.Our ideal candidate has strong technical expertise and can provide guidance on ServiceNow IRM capabilities and best practices.
